Mao Udon noodles
Mao is another name of Aoso (Ramie). Mao udon was developed in hopes to create a new dish using the Aoso leaves which will be added to our food culture. Abundant polyphenol, calcium, and dietary fiber contained in the Aoso leaves are kneaded into the dough of mao udon. Mao udon are healthy noodles with refreshing taste. The Aoso leaves play an important role to make the noodles go down smoothly.
