Canned Log-grown Nameko Mushroom
We freshly canned log-grown nameko mushrooms grown in the heart of the Asahi Mountain Range in Yanagawa District. Log-grown nameko mushrooms have a pleasant flavor and slimy and chewy texture. They are a perfect ingredient for miso soup, nameko oroshi (served with grated daikon), nameko soba (or udon), and kiku nameko (served with edible chrysanthemum flowers).
